Synchronizeing folders

I'd like to, not only have secure copy of certain files but I'm hoping it's
possible to automate the procedure by synchronize folders on different
drivers. Preferable it should even ask before it would replace a file with a
name that is similar, for example Abba - Waterloo.mp3 and Abba - Water-Loo to
avoid duplicates. Does anyone know if this is even possible, or mayby knowes
of a program which support an administration rutine as such?
