OK, I know it is impossible to "read" every email, but come on, this was "tech support", your product is at stake.

Love the Enter key - that should come standard I think lol.

Anyone who thinks "the customer is always right" never worked in Tech Support

Well Tom's hardware think Symantec's Nortons is good, they said so.

I wonder how much dirty gold they took to have their good reputation shot to pieces?
