I am connected to the internet & my browser is working
fine. Can open all sites...except Symantec. Neither can I
get connected on-libe with Symantec when I attempt to
register my new version of Norton 2004. Neither can i
receive up-dates.
Trying to get through to Symantec via telephone is
impossible.
Is there an MSN reason why I can't connect in any fashion.
My internet service provider says it's a Symantec problem?

Mark,

The first place to start would be to check in you HOSTs file that nothing is
block you access on purpose. To do this Click Start > Run, then type
"notepad %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts". The only entry in that
file apart from the command (which being with #) is "127.0.0.1
localhost". If there is anything else in there, that maybe whats causing
your problem.

I would check that out first, then post back with what you find.

Regards
