No need to look, three times in the last week I have had to remove
XPantivirus because Norton could not finish the job,
Does Norton or that joke Bughunter, fix taskmanager, control panel, windows
updates, system restore, etc, too????

This symantec employee is in complete denial:
"
We should be able to detect and remove XP Antivirus 2008, XP Antivirus 2009,
Vista Antivirus 2008, and Vista Antivirus 2009 without issue as far as I'm
aware." (15/8/8)

ROFL.

I couldn't say for sure Norton fixes anything, I haven't actually seen
it remove XPantivirus from a machine yet.

Q: Why does BugHunter detect so few compared to others?
A: BugHunter *only* detects executables, and various vb, htm files.
it doesn't detect registry keys, subkeys, cookies or urls stored
in your favorites folder. As such, the amount of items BugHunter does
detect is very small in comparison.

BugHunter does not edit the registry of the system in any way, it simply
identifies and optionally removes found files. As BugHunter relies on
dat file technology similar to that of a virus scanner, updates to the
datafile and the program itself will be released from time to time on
the Website.

Malwarebytes antimalware on the other hand will remove XPantivirus, and
remove the policy keys which prevent you from using task manager and
control panel.

Clark, it pays to read the documentation, lest you actually ask a stupid
question AND bash the program for your own ignornace regarding it.

When BugHunter is properly used, it's a handy asset for any technician.
