suddenly printing very small email messages, how to control printing fonts?

Hi all,

I have a friend, using Win2000pro, with OE 6.0 and it suddenly the
other day began printing in a very small font.. I could find no
contols for changing this but finally reinstalled the printer software
and that changed it to slightly larger print, but still wondering if
there is a way to control the printing fonts. ?????
