Stop users accessing Database Window

Can users be stopped from accessing the Database Window by
holding down the Shift Key ( which then allows them to
unhide tables and display all hidden fields by clicking on
the field heading

I have implemented User Level Security which restricts
particular users to updating only one form, but due to the
above, they can still access the form's source table and
make any changes ( which I wish to stop)

Can Access ever be totally secured to stop this??
