When startup it shows normal startup but seems to be the diagnosti

's Computer Specifications

When i start up winxp in the msconfig cmd it shows to be the normal startup
but
there is no network, no help and support, no printers and no Mcafee. Other
program is OK.
It seem to be the diagnostic startup mode. Try safe mode.
Do one install Winxp again. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

No restore dates to restore system. Just shows todays date.
