My computer keeps asking my wife's computer for a password. My wife's
computer won't let my computer network to her at all. I've tried
tweaking it, but I fear, particularly on her machine, that a special
VPN email setup is messing things up. She's Win 98 and I'm Win 2000.
Can you suggest a method of starting from scratch without screwing
things up even more?? Thanks.

what do u mean start from scratch?
do u mean setup the workgroup or reinstall win 98?

if u mean the workgroup then
first visit the VPN email software site to see if there are any special
patches or fixes. if u dont need it then uninstall it.
then visit
www.pctechnicians.ca
Guides
workgroup setup guide.
