original contacts are NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! please help.

tried importing a csv file from outlook to BCM, but the file was empty.

would prefer to revert back to regular outlook, but open to other solutions.

Do you see a folder called "Contacts"? That should have the same
contents it had before you installed BCM.

thats the scary part, the "contacts" folder is empty. im almost certain the
contacts have to be somewhere, if deleting them was an option when i
installed bcm, i would think that there would have been a dialog box
confirming that i wanted to delete all contacts.

is deleting bcm a viable option?

thanks for your response, if you've got any other places to look, im all ears!

BCM doesn't touch the contents of the Outlook Contacts, and yes, you
can uninstall BCM, but that won't make items reappear in your Contacts
folder.

Perhaps you created a new email profile when you were installing BCM?

Look in this folder
c:\Documents and Settings\<yourlogin>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

and see if you have more than one file with the extension pst.
