Start XP from CD

's Computer Specifications

Windows gets as far as the Windows XP screen (before
login) and contiually recycles. I cannot start in safe
mode, just recycles.

How can I start from my Windows XP Professional CD?

Rick, go into the Bios, usually tapping the Delete Button on Startup. Set
the Cdrom as first boot device.
