Hi,

We have configured a GPO that applies to all users. But we have made it to
tight. If we assign the Policy to a standard user, he can no longer see the
Start/Settings/Printers icon. I have walked thru the complete policy but i
can't find any property that disables this icon. But i know there must be
some, because when i remove the policy, the user gets his Printers icon
again.

Could this be the result of a redirected start menu ?

Using windows 2000 server, and Citrix environment.

Thanks in advance, Bastiaan.

you might want to try gpresult at the command prompt to see what is applied
and where. You can output to a text file and it gives tons of info.
