we are migrating 1,000 of user's. My problem is that on
the image we have it setup to where the "classic start
menu" is selected. On some of the workstation it defaults
back to "start menu". How can I keep these settings.

Create a default user profile in one of two locations..

If you use roaming profiles, in you netlogon (sysvol) area..
If you use local profiles, in c:\documents and settings (replace the one
there.)

Once created, if local profiles, just copy it to the machione replacing the
old default user profile BEFORE the user logs in the first time.

BTW - I noticed you gave your email (it looks real enough) - if so, expect
some spam increase in your inbox. Some may look like they are from
Microsoft, 99% of them will not be.. Never install patches unless you
downloaded them from a reliable source.
