SSCESA.dll or SSCECA.dll?

Hi there,
Im trying to set up a RDA but cant seem to find the correct dll file.I
do not have a SSCESA.dll file in my sql ce dir as most tutorials
describe it ive got a ssceca.dll but im not sure if its the one im
supposed to use.
could someone point me in the right direction?
