SpyBot TeaTimer confusion?

When I go to the following URL: http://arstechnica.com/ , and I have
TeaTimer Resident IE Option set to "Ask for blocking confirmation",
regardless of whether I select 'Yes' or 'No', the page will not
download. Strangely enough, if I have the Resident IE Option set to
"Block All bad Pages silently", the page will download. Is this a bug?
Is there something here that I don't understand?

Hi
I use TeaTimer as well and have no problems with the site.

No problems here either, with and without confirmation needed.

Are you using dial-up? I completely removed SpyBot with an uninstaller
utility and then re-installed SpyBot after rebooting. I still have the
same problem with that site. I'm thinking that the popup halts further
download of the web page, discontinuing further downloading of the web
page after pressing the warning popup's "Yes" button, at slow dial-up
connection speeds. I have no problem downloading that web page when
"Block all Bad Pages Silently" is selected, but I don't know if TeaTimer
is *really* working silently in the background.
