spoolsv consuming all availableCPU

I have a workstation that keeps consuming all available CPU with
SPOOLSV. I rebuilt the system from scratch and it is back. I have the
system patched to the latest MS Office patches and still get it.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreaciate...

When you rebuilt the system, did you install the same printers and print
drivers?

Yes, I did.... There is a Canon, 2 HP's and one OKI on the network...
