spooler service quits when you submit a print job

Need Help!

According to Microsoft there is a hot fix for an issue
with spooler servic equits when you submit a print but I
am unable to fix it. Can anyone tell me when I can
download this hot fix. Thanks!

Sounds like a driver issue Peter. What printer drivers do you have installed
on your print spooler on the cluster?
