Sp4 Problems

After I intall SP 4, my 56K modem cannot dial to the
internet.
But after I uninstall it, everything back to normal.

Anybody know how to solve this problems ?
Got any solution or it ?
Or wait Microsoft release SP 4.1 to solve the problems ?
