Probably nothing that you don't want to happen. In any case, just rerun
the MS03-026 patch kit after installing SP4; if anything needs to be
refreshed this will handle the job. Even if the rerun wasn't necessary
it will give you confidence that the system is patched.
There were some report in reputable online columns in the past comple of
weeks that SP4 downlevels the MS03-026 patch, but to the best of my
knowledge all of the original sources of these reports have retracted
them. I would still recommend reapplication.
As a general rule, all hotfix kits (but not service packs) should be
reinstalled whenever a system's configuration changes. This ensures
that any files which are brought in from the \I386 folder (including the
SPx.CAB files) are updated if they are affected by a hotfix. (The
previous installation of the hotfix might not have updated them if they
weren't already in use.)
