SP2 deployment

I need to deploy the CFNET cab within my install program. the VS2003 cab
file for CFNET is at
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
2003\CompactFrameworkSDK\v1.0.5000\Windows
CE\wce400\armv4\netcf.all.wce4.armv4.cab

But it's dated like 10/18/2002 and is probably the RTM version. The SP2
version is dated 11/12/2003 and it is the SP2 Final version.

Are most developers having to manually copy these newer SP2 cabs over into
the directory above?
