Yes the volume is up, but when I go to master volume, options, proporties
and then select the "record" radio dot button (making sure mic is selected)
then "ok" the "mic monitor" slider is greyed out. the mic/line bar is not
and the volume is. could "mic monitor" being greyed out be the problem?
