SonicWall VPN Global Client--Issues Crossing Broadband Routers

Concentrator: SonicWall GX250
Remote Client: SonicWall Global 2.0
Authentication: XAUTH SW database only (no RADIUS, etc)
IP: Global Client Virtual Adapter to receive DHCP address from GX250

We've bgeun deploying the global clients for tunneling into the
corporate LAN and have inconsistent results--apparently dependent upon
broadband router/firewall used by remote client. Works most of the
time, but in at least two different cases, cannot complete connection.

Behind Linksys BEFSX41 (allows VPN passthru according to specs): Phase
1 negotiation completes, authenticates, but Phase 2 never completes

Behind Compex NP15D (supposed to allow VPN passthru): Phase 1
negotiation completes, authenticates, Phase 2 completes, but box never
receives DHCP address

Any insights?
