Visit the website of your email provider. They should have instructions for
what you need to enter for their mail server names.

I believe you mean SMTP (Simple Mail Transport Protocol), not SMPT (School
for Mormon Philosophy and Theology). See if this article of mine written for
Outlook Express answers your question. It is almost exactly the same in
Windows Mail.
