All,

I am looking into writing a program to read Smart Cards
(Oberthur and Schlumberger), and I am trying to find any
information about this. I am using VS.NET 2003 and I am
looking for these files:
smclib.h
Smcnt.h
Smcvxd.h
Winsmcrd.h
Smclib.sys
smclib.vxd

However I cannot find them. Where can I get them?
