Slow Remote desktop connection

Hi

I have a strange problem at a customer. They use a Terminal Server 2000 and
a combination of thin clients and normal computers as clients.
They have a accounting program running on the Terminal Server. The problem
is when running the accounting program in Window mode on one of the normal
computers it works fine. But when we run the program in Window mode on one of
the thin clients the update speed is very slow, if we change from Window to
Full Screen the problem is solved, but the customer don't want the program in
Full screen mode.
