I'd a file created in powerpoint 2007. It could be read but found editing was
slow in powerpoint 2003. How can I fix this issue without upgrading to
powerpoint 2007? I already installed all patches and service pack for
powerpoint 2003.

Is editing slow on all 2003 files, or just on ones that have been saved from
2007?
