I have SBC DSL Yahoo and I'm not able to check my email
on Netscape.net because the site says that I need to
enable my cookies. They are enabled already and the
setting is set all the way down to allow all cookies.

Someone has told me that it might have to do with the SBC
software that has been installed, but I've had their DSL
on my computers for about a year now. This same thing
happened to me about a 4 months ago. I can't remember
what was done to make it act right again or if it just
corrected itself after some time. ??

I noticed that the same message pops up for AOL too when
I try to get to email there so I figure that it has to be
more sites that are going to tell me the same thing
eventually.
Could someone please help? Thank You. Alicia.

Hi Alicia...

If you're using IE, then you might have an icon of a red circle, with a
horizontal white line through it, in the status bar. If so, you're blocking
cookies. Double click on it and right click on one that says it is blocking
and then select Always accept. Then press F5 to refresh the page. The icon
should disappear. If not, try closing the browser and reloading. Make sure
any other browser windows are also closed before reopening.

HTH...
