I've created a new Calendar within Outlook 2003 and shared it, giving
permissions to 5 or 6 other people, however I am not sure how to open it from
their Outlook client. It only tries to open the default "Calendar"
item...which is not what I want - I want the one I created. The default
calendar is not shared - only the new one I created. What am I missing?

they need to open your mailbox as a secondary mailbox in their account.
