Sharing a Calendar to book Meeting room

Greetings,

I have created a resource in Active Directory called "Meeting Room".
I want all user to be able to view this calendar and book times when they
want to use it.
Currently only the receptionist can see the booked times.

What have I done worng? Help!

Did you give everyone permission to see it?

yes we did.

Is their a good article on how to set up and share a resource?
There must be a step by step guide on how to do this corerectly so that
everyone can book a meeting room and invite attendees.....I will keep looking.
