I opted to share my default calendar (named "Calendar"-you can't change the
name) to everyone in the company. Now I have made a separate calendar to
share with them and would like to make my default calendar personal so know
one can view it. Is this possible?

to change permissions, right click on the calendar and choose properties,
then permissions tab. However, the easiest calendar to share is the default.
To share other calendars, the other users need to add your mailbox to their
profile. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sharesubfolder.asp for more
info.
