Share a window across the web, like a webcam?

Hi,

Is there a way I can capture a window as a streaming video resource,
and share it over the web like a webcam?

For example, I'd like to show someone how to do something in internet
explorer, and it would be easier if I could just let him watch my
explorer session.

What software do I need to do this with XP?
