How To Share Categories on Public Folder Calendars

Can someone please help me to be able to see color coded categories on a
shared calendar in a public folder? The creator is the only one who can see
the color coded appointments.

Tad, you need to distribute the same color categories to all users. The new
Category Manager can do that for you (please see link in my signature).
