SetupDLL.cpp -- which component installs it?

I'm trying to get the Nvidia video driver to work, using Sean Liming's
example as a guide. But, the Nvidia's setup.exe is generating an error about
SetupDLL.cpp.

The SetupDLL.cpp file is not included in the build. Does anyone happen to
know which component will cause this file to be included in the build?
