Setup hangs while "Saving Settings"

's Computer Specifications

Here's the problem, doing a clean install of WIN XP Pro,
evertyhing goes smoothly until the ned with "approximately
7 minutes to go" the system seems to hang right at that
point no matter what i do... any ideas?
