what do i put for my incomning mail server and outgoing mail server name?

That depends on your ISP. Each Internet Service Provider has their own
names for it. You could try mail.yourdomain.com where yourdomain is
the name you use in your email address. If that fails, call your ISP.

Most ISPs have a web page that contains that information.
