Isn't this available if you use the WIN32_PreCog component? Though
I'm not sure if it's available in localized versions or not.

if you find a way to have a server page you before it goes down i would love
to hear about it. this is usually done by having another system monitor
your system to alert you when it stops responding. then of course you need
a third system to monitor the monitoring system. but on the plus side you
can then have your server monitor the third system to alert you if it goes
down, but that is only if you assume you won't have 2 simultaneous
failures... otherwise you need a fourth system to monitor the other 3.

and by the way, you may not have enough time to worry about it as you should
soon start receiving a flood of virus infected mail to the address you used
to send the news posting. better make sure your virus scanners are up to
date.

Check out GFI Network Monitor:

http://www.gfi.com

There are other products, but this one works for me. I have it running on
various locations on our WAN. That way I can be notified if there are
problems at one site.
