server printer

Hello, in my school we a network with a server running win200 server and 16 pc running winxp, and we have a network printer in the server. Everytime a user made the login on a pc he must to do the printer install on the pc, the logon is autenticated by the server. So my question is. there is any way to when a user (newer or not) make is login the printer is already there to him? Sorry for my bad english. thank you.
