The machine can either be a member of a domain or a workgroup, but not both.
One way to allow access to this machine is to give the workgroup members
domain credentials for that machine. i.e: workgroup member logs onto his
machine locally, he connects to the 2003server, he enters domain credentials
to access the share. Other than that you would have to have two machines,
one for the workgroup and one for the domain.
