Server error 262 create data base permission denied in database ma

hello
I am working with access projects (adp) in (access 2007, windows vista, sql
server 2005 environment), when I made the new adp file, I received " Server
error 262 create data base permission denied in database master your adp file
will not be connected to server database" , I have run sql server 2005 as
administrator.
Please help.
