Sending file via MMS to mobile device

Hello.

I'm interesting if it is possible (if yes, how?) sending of some files to
mobile phones via MMS messages or GPRS?

What I need to complete this task in my application?

I just need to send some files from database to customers mobile phones (of
course if the mobile phone has MMS support).

Can any body advice me how can I do this?
