why do I have to enter an incoming mail server and an outgoing email server
when I try to send a cust. service an email on an issue from their web page.
I don't even know where to find the enformation at or if I did how I can
maybe save it so I don't have to fill it out all the time. Please help
anyone. Thanks.

In order to send an email, you need an email account somewhere, and an email
program, configured to access your account.

He's probably using a webmail service and doesn't have a default program
indicated on the system.
