with the following message

The rejected e-mail address was Subject 'Re: hey mrs', Account: Protocol:

rcpthosts (#5.7.1)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 553, Error
Number: 0x800CCC79
also i have received e mails from both england and american friends in
windows mail tried to reply from their e mail still no good i also
downloaded the windows patch regarding stuck e mail in outbox but to no
avail any help would be appreciated

There are some critical pieces of information missing from your error
message, such as the SMTP server name. Based on partial information,
I can only form an educated guess. Apparently the SMTP server you
are trying to use is not on the same network as the network from which
you are getting your Internet connection.
If you need further help with this, please identify your ISP, and the reason
for not using your ISP's SMTP server.

I don't see anything wrong with your settings.
The error message means that the mail server isn't recognizing you
as being a local customer of eircom.net. Just make sure that the
wireless connection you are using does in fact originate with eircom.
If the problem persists, give Eircom a call.
