Language Programming: ASP.NET with VB.NET

My problem it's not how to send a e-mail, but I would like to have (and hoe
to do it) two things.

The first is when I click in my SEND button, that opens a window (with fixed
widht and height) where it's put the fields:
Form: (E-Mail Removed)
To: (E-Mail Removed)

It's look strange that I don't want to have the body field, right?
Well.... that is the second thing that I'm talking about.

I want that my body message will be the context present in my page (there is
only text in this page).
Can I do this? How?
