Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone is blessed. We're using Outlook XP/Exchange 2003. We're
trying to send out a flyer to some contacts in a public folder. We have them
grouped by category. How can I send an email to everyone in a category?

Use the By Category view of your Contacts Folder
Select the Category
Actions > New Message to Contact....
