Is there an easy way to send an Access report in the body of an email instead
of as an attachment? I have logos and formatting on the report that I need
to preserve. I can convert to pdf and copy and paste into an email, but do
not want to have to go through all these steps to accomplish this.
Thanks,

Kelly

I send the report as an attachment in snapshot format, which
is a simple outputto, and preserves the logos and formatting.

In the text of the mail, I put summary information in text format.
OutputTo allows me to specify the text.

Thanks David. I've played with snapshot viewer and although the output looks
exactly like the report, I do not want to send the report as an attachment.
Our salesmen would like for their customer to open their emails and see a
quotation without having to open an attachment.

No, there is no easy way to convert a report to HTML,
although once you have that, I guess you could include
it in a mail message as the text of the message.

The Access export as HTML requires that you have an HTML
template. So I guess you could set up an HTML template
that matches one of your reports.
