Microsoft never sends attachments. The mail you got is a hoax with a virus.

Wrong newsgroup by the way. This one is for the database product named Access.

Good. Your virus protection system must be working. MS does not send
attachments in e-mail, they always direct you back to the real MS site. You
got a known virus containing e-mail. Delete it.
