Security patch MS04-011 (835732) causes high CPU load

Seen at several PC's now.
MS04-011 (835732), one of the April 2004 patches, causes long
term high CPU load for either IEXPLORE.EXE and/or explorer.exe
when browing the Internet.
Removal of the patch via Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove
Programs solves the problem.

This patch could not be opened. Verify that the patch exists and that you can acess it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows patch package.	Allan Meyer	Windows XP Help	1	6th Nov 2004 01:23 AM
