secondary y-axis for graph "column"

Chart type
XY (scatter) > allows a secondary Y-axis
column > does not allow this, or does it? I would like so, how to
solve this problem?

Hi, sorry, I understand why (risk of visual overlap) and and was able to
create a secondary Y-axis but how to solve this?
