Yep, acording to the datasheet the KT133A does 256Mb, no mention of 512Mb
DRAMs.

What speed/latencies are you trying to run them at in a i845 system? Will
they not run at 133MHz? Have you tried setting timings manually - wouldn't
be the first time a SPD was bad.
