SD Card Extraction

I didn't find exactly what I was looking for in the archives, or I
missed it, so if someone could help me with this I'd appreciate it. I
have just a few files, my .exe, .cdb, and a few others which need to
be extracted to the SD card if the cab file was placed there (i.e. in
a directory such as "SD Card/MyApp") or to "Program Files/MyApp" if
placed anywhere on the device itself. How can I achieve this
relatively easy and what steps do I have to take. Can someone walk me
through this?

Thanks

I thought for sure this was a pretty straight-forward question and
figured a lot of you developers out there had probably done this
before. Should I be looking elsewhere for a reasonable solution to
this problem?
