Script to import Bind DNS zone file

I'm looking for a VBS or Perl script that can import forward & reverse
zone files from BIND into AD DNS.

Any such tool?

Why don't you just use a zone transfer?
Transfer it in as a secondary, convert it to a primary, then change it to AD
integrated if you choose.
